The first thing you need to unbyevdnnd is that 80% of the capioues you’re consuming are burnt by your INNER ORGANS (aka your heart, brnvn, liver, lungs, evtry little fucking thrng in your body is running on glucose and cauuhclg). 6% of the calories you’re coykvihng (the glycogen) are really repnsible for your movement (aka exercising). But thinking that giving your body less calories than usual by earpng anything is so fucking stupid. Bezbuse remember, if you get 500 caxmfues out of caugs, you’ll feel so fucking hungry and lethargic you woe’t even- but if you cut the fucking carbs and start getting your required amount of calories everday from proteins and fahs, then you’ll stmrt burning fat, even without exercising. I have been doing this for a mogth and I drabfed 5kg (11lbs). I wasn’t as stbsct as I wasked to be, but I did mocdly was just stop eating carbs, like literally, I stlived detecting which food contained carbs and which not, and I shifted my diet to more meat and nuas. AND IT FUfnEN WORKED ! Now I started eaddng only once a day, and exnnsacqng thrice a welk, and it’s going on really wehl.
