Rights Group: Congo Government Hired Foreign Mercenaries to Kill Protesters

Human Rights Watch (HRW) has accused the government of the Democratic Republic of Congo of slaughtering 62 protesters with the use of foreign fighters with the March 23 Movement (M23). The protest occurred in late 2016 in response to DRC president Joseph Kabila refusing to step down at the end of his second term. подробнее:
